Fact of the Day:  Did you know that if you sneeze too hard you could fracture a rib?

 

Today is known as Cyber Monday.  It is the Internet’s answer to Black Friday deals. The official observance takes place the Monday after Thanksgiving. 

Today is also known as National Special Education Day.  On December 2nd, National Special Education Day commemorates the anniversary of the nation’s first federal special education law.  The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was signed into law on December 2, 1972.

 

Our Bobcat Baby Contest had 7 people who guessed all the babies correctly!  Kim Creese, Renee Ernst, Miss Mesenbrink, Ava Klinker, Patience Winsor, Keara Schofield, and Ryder Meseck had all 18 Bobcats correctly identified.  After their entries were thrown into the winner’s bucket our LUCKY winner is………Keara Schofield.  You may come to the office to pick up your prize.  Congratulations!

It’s time for 2 Truths and a Lie.  How well did you know Mr. Morley?  If you answered #3 as his lie you were correct.  He did NOT grow up in a family of 9 children, only 8. Our lucky winner is 7th grader, Taryn Clemon.  You may come to the office and claim your prize.
