Good Morning Bobcats!!!

Interesting Fact of the Day:  Did you know that according to a study developed for National Geographic in 2011, the world's "most typical" person is right-handed, makes less than $12,000 per year, has a mobile phone, and doesn't have a bank account.  Just a thought for you to see how “typical” you may be as you get older.

Today is National Girls and Women in Sports Day.  Athletics play an important role in girl’s lives. Besides helping to establish a routine for a healthy, active lifestyle, sports build confidence, leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.  So whether it’s volleyball, basketball, softball, track, swimming, gymnastics, or any other sport, get out there and give it a try!  You never know what you might be missing!

Tomorrow is National Bubble Gum Day!  See if your teachers will give you each a piece of gum or let you chew gum tomorrow as a special reward, maybe even have a Bubble Gum Blowing Contest!

Tomorrow is also National Wear RED day in order to raise awareness of heart disease in women, so get out your Cyclone or Chiefs gear once again!

Good luck to our Junior High Wrestlers today at their meet at OABCIG.

Joke of the Day:

One day Ms. Mesenbrink said to her Preschool student, “You’ve got your shoes on the wrong feet.”  The preschooler replied, “But these are the only feet I’ve got!”
