Good Afternoon, Bobcats!

The first Wednesday in April is National Walking Day.  The American Heart Association sponsors this day to remind people about the health benefits of taking a walk.  Wear your sneakers (or take them with you) to work or school, and at some point in the day, you are encouraged to take a 30-minute walk.

Joke of the Day:   Q:  What flowers grow on faces?    A:  Tulips  (get it, two-lips)

Spring pictures will be tomorrow,  April 4th.  Don't forget to bring along your smile!

This Friday we will have one last Fantastic Friday for Myles Mohr.  In honor of March Madness we will be having a basketball free-throw contest.  If you'd like to participate please sign up in the office or elementary students with your classroom teachers by the end of the day tomorrow.  Cost is $1.00 to participate.  Participants will all receive an ice cream treat for participating whether or not you make your basket.  IF you make your first basket you will keep continuing until we are down to one winner for each grade.  There will be a smaller basket used for the lower grades and 2nd/3rd graders will get to stand closer to the basketball hoop.  The winner from each class will receive ice cream every Friday until the end of the year!

For the next 2 weeks there will NOT be Reading Buddies or announcements in the morning due to the ISASP testing.  Announcements and Reading Buddies will now be at the end of the day at 3:15.  Thank you!

Breakfast for tomorrow is Cheese Omelet, Toast and lunch is Beef and Gravy over Potatoes, Corn, Pears and WG Roll

Have a Great Day, Bobcats!
