Reading Celebration Day
Librarian, Angie Oberruter, gathered the COU Elementary students to the gym today to celebrate our 2nd quarter of Reading success. Mrs. Christiansen’s Title groups of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders performed a choral reading of “Who Took the Cookie from the Cookie Jar”. Ms. Ransom’s 3rd graders performed a Reader’s Theater, “The Goofy Reindeer” and Mr. Lally’s class also did a reader’s theater, “The Baker’s Dozen”. Reading awards were then passed out to the elementary students.
4th Grade Title Reading Students share Christmas stories with the preschoolers.
COU and MVAO will be 2 hours late on December 16, 2022. School starts at 10:20 and there will not be breakfast. Thank you and stay safe.
